So to get a saddle from a dungeon you need a dungeon to work on. If you do not know where is the Dungeon then let me tell you, usually dungeons are found in the underground. So what are you waiting for start digging!

Nether Fortress:

You will get a saddle in the nether fortress chest. First, you need to search and go in the Nether Fortress and take the chest from there. Then put the chest in your inventory and boom!! you got your saddle. Now go and try finding your saddle in Minecraft.
